Required Skills

Education

Eligibility for higher general administrative service or middle general administrative service, or a relevant university degree (Bachelor's), or a qualification as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt:in), or completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:r), Office Communication/Management Clerk (Kauffrau:Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation oder Büromanagement), Office Clerk (Bürokauffrau:Bürokaufmann), or HR Specialist (Personalfachkauffrau:Personalfachkaufmann).

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources, preferably in the public sector
  • Experience with similar responsibilities (for civil servants: at least Principal Secretary, Pay Grade A 8 BesO)
  • Several years of professional experience (for specific vocational training qualifications)
