Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of test benches and associated plant technology within a research and development environment for a prominent commercial vehicle company. The Test Bench Electrician will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of these systems, including identifying and resolving issues in PLC and contactor controls, as well as electrical and mechatronic systems. A key aspect of the role is proposing and implementing improvements to address weaknesses, such as modifications and optimizations, and meticulously documenting all changes in E-Plan.
