Job Summary

This role is for an analytical and proactive professional to join the CFO department in Düsseldorf, focusing on corporate finance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing business analyses for ERGO Group's investments, developing decision-making proposals to optimize investment structures, and conducting critical analyses of integrated business case plans. The consultant will also be responsible for ongoing performance monitoring of private equity investments, preparing internal and external reports, and managing corporate law aspects of investments, including shareholder meetings and investor communication.
