Job Summary

The Laboratory Technician for Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials (wheat) and finished products (flour) according to ICC standards. This role involves independently planning dispositions, receiving raw materials, controlling delivery documents, and performing and documenting all necessary laboratory analyses. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with food safety regulations, collaborate with suppliers, authorities, and external laboratories, and contribute to the overall quality management system (HACCP).
