Job Summary
This role is for a skilled Electronics Technician specializing in precision assembly and fine electronics within the aviation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous assembly of electronic and mechanical components, performing detailed hand soldering (THT and SMD) according to aerospace standards like IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. Daily tasks involve working with precision tools such as magnifiers, tweezers, and microscopes for fine adjustments and bonding, alongside conducting dimensional checks, optical inspections, and functional tests, including in darkroom environments for NVIS technology. The role requires thorough documentation in accordance with aviation norms and manufacturing specifications. This position offers a chance to work in a highly specialized, quality-driven environment with international clients, contributing to high-tech, customer-specific products from pre-assembly to quality control.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Device Assembler, Precision Mechanic, Watchmaker, Avionics Technician, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in fine part assembly, microtechnology, or aviation is ideal
- 3+ years of professional experience is ideal

- Must be able to read and implement technical drawings, assembly lists, and specifications. Strong technical understanding, high concentration, and steady hands required. Reliable team player with a hands-on mentality, who takes responsibility, shares knowledge, and actively contributes to team success. Driver's license and personal car are ideal for reaching the location. Willingness to work on products for both civil and military aviation (attitude towards military sector will be clarified).
