Job Summary
This role involves managing energy-related processes for municipal properties in Castrop-Rauxel. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and instructing utility bills, organizing and monitoring meter readings, and analyzing consumption data. A key part of the role includes preparing data for property-related processes and contributing to the annual resource report. Additionally, the officer will evaluate and settle accounts for photovoltaic systems on city buildings, manage related roof usage and electricity supply contracts, and assist with the administration and optimization of new energy management software. This position requires a strong administrative background, an understanding of energy and building technology, and excellent organizational and communication skills, offering a stable and varied work environment within a supportive team.

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), completed Administrative Course I (Verwaltungslehrgang I), completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement), completed vocational training as an Office Communication Clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation), or completed vocational training as a Paralegal and/or Notary Assistant (Rechtsanwalts- und/oder Notarfachangestellte/r).
