Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT System Engineer looking to take on a leadership position in Service Operations. The successful candidate will be a central point of contact for both clients and the team, coordinating and managing complex IT infrastructures for various businesses, from small companies to large corporations. Key responsibilities include network planning, implementation, and optimization, supporting DATEV and other software solutions, managing telecommunication systems, and providing hotline and remote support. As a technical lead, you will oversee project implementation from planning to deployment, focusing on routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, backup infrastructures, and Microsoft Hyper-V environments. This position also involves leading a team of 1-4 employees, fostering their development, and managing disciplinary and budgetary responsibilities.
