Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Master who is passionate about fostering talent and strengthening the electrical trade. The Training Master will be responsible for planning and conducting practical training courses for apprentices in electrical engineering, contributing expert knowledge to advanced training programs and master preparation courses. Key responsibilities also include maintaining close contact and fostering cooperation with all stakeholders involved in the training process, such as businesses, apprentices, vocational schools, guilds, and professional associations. Additionally, the role involves workshop management, including equipment maintenance and material procurement. The ideal candidate will possess a completed Master Craftsman examination in electrical engineering with a focus on energy and building technology, professional experience as a master in the field, strong IT skills with MS Office, and excellent communication abilities.
