Job Summary

As an Operations Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production machinery within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Your daily tasks will involve planning, coordinating, and executing adjustments, maintenance, and inspection work on production equipment. You will be responsible for setting up and retooling machines, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime. A key part of your role will be conducting in-process checks, diagnosing faults, and analyzing the root causes of malfunctions. Furthermore, you will contribute to improvement projects within your area and assist in the planning and procurement of new machinery and accessories.
