This role involves the in-depth automation-technical support of process control systems and production plants within a regulated GMP environment. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and administration of these systems, ensuring high plant availability for ongoing operations and future projects. Key responsibilities include acting as an expert for process and building control systems, cleanroom monitoring systems (PCS7), and process engineering plants (TIA). The position also encompasses lifecycle management of automation and computer systems, supporting qualification activities, implementing changes and corrective measures, and assisting with commissioning. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in automation, particularly with SIMATIC PCS7 and TIA systems, and experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
