Job Summary
This role involves driving the comprehensive implementation of the enaio (Optimal Systems) Document Management System (DMS) across the city administration, with a strong focus on e-files, long-term archiving, and integration with specialized applications. The specialist will be responsible for the continuous expansion of the DMS, planning and executing updates, and serving as the primary contact for internal staff regarding system issues. Key duties also include troubleshooting, organizing training sessions, documenting processes, coordinating with internal and external partners, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will possess an IT background, strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to learning new technologies, and excellent communication abilities to support a modern, service-oriented public administration.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector
Experience
- Professional experience in Document Management Systems (DMS)
