Job Summary

As the Head of IT Department, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital future of the Handwerkskammer Südwestfalen. Your daily responsibilities will include strategically planning, developing, and overseeing the IT and digitalization strategy, while also leading and developing the IT team. You will ensure a high-performing, secure, and future-oriented IT operation, encompassing infrastructure, datacenter, network, security, and VDI with Citrix. A key part of the role involves selecting, implementing, and enhancing IT systems and applications, collaborating closely with other departments and management to advance IT security (including ISO 27001) and foster a service-oriented IT culture.
