Job Summary

As a Senior Factory Repair Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient repair of medical devices used in global clinical trials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing devices such as digital patient diaries, lung function devices, and blood pressure monitors, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will meticulously document all repairs within the ERP system and maintain high standards of production quality. This position requires strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, experience with assembly and measuring tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in clinical trials is not required, a background as an electrician or electronic technician is preferred.
