Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for the Lübeck Public Prosecutor's Office, focusing on both hardware and software systems, as well as direct user assistance. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, and ensuring the operational readiness of central IT systems, network infrastructure, and peripherals. Key tasks include database evaluations, configuring IT applications, conducting functional tests, and setting up Windows clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of reliability and integrity, to proactively support and advise users and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or comparable qualifications acquired through professional experience or other adequate training.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT operations support
- Experience in analyzing and resolving IT disruptions
