Job Summary
This role is for an experienced DevOps Engineer to strategically advance and scale CI/CD and infrastructure processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, automating, and operating hybrid or cloud-native infrastructures, providing technical leadership and coaching to DevOps teams, and building and maintaining observability stacks. A key aspect of the role involves establishing DevSecOps practices and ensuring governance-compliant deployment processes. This position offers the opportunity to continuously develop within a diverse and appreciative company culture, supported by individual training and an unlimited contract.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT-related field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a DevOps environment with a focus on automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
- Expert knowledge in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expert knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience in technical leadership of teams
