Job Summary

This full-time IT Support Specialist role, starting September 1, 2025, involves providing comprehensive first-level IT support, both remotely via helpdesk and on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various devices (PCs, notebooks, printers), and performing installations and configurations of operating systems (Windows 10/11) and standard software (Microsoft Office, Citrix-client). Key tasks also include managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, executing hardware rollouts and workstation relocations, and meticulously documenting all activities. This position offers an engaging and responsible role within a dynamic, supportive, and highly collaborative team, with opportunities for personal initiative in a central Munich location.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Support (1st Level)
  • Experience in on-site support for end devices (Field Service)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory)
  • Ideally, experience with ticketing systems, Citrix environments, and mobile devices
