Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated System Administrator, or Senior System Administrator, specializing in Windows Server environments, to contribute to the digitalization of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, continuous development, and automation of Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring a robust and secure foundation for various IT services and applications. Key responsibilities include managing Windows server infrastructure, performing system and security updates, troubleshooting (3rd-level support), and automating processes with PowerShell. The position requires close collaboration with other infrastructure teams and application owners, as well as participation in cross-departmental IT projects focused on modernization and standardization.
