Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources Department, focusing on talent acquisition and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and publishing job advertisements across various channels, screening and pre-qualifying applications, and communicating with candidates. They will also represent the organization at recruiting fairs and events and contribute to recruitment-related projects. Required Skills
Education
• Qualification for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance, OR • Completed Administrative Course II, OR • Completed university degree in Human Resource Management, OR • Completed university degree with several years of experience in Human Resource Management, OR • Qualification for the second entry-level civil service position in Administration and Finance with several years of experience in Human Resource Management and willingness to complete further training for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance, OR • Completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:r) or completed Administrative Course I with several years of experience in Human Resource Management and willingness to complete Administrative Course II
Experience
- Professional experience in sales-oriented recruitment is desirable
- Professional experience in Human Resource Management (if university degree is not in HR)
- Professional experience in Human Resource Management (if administrative training level I is possessed)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undergo further training in modern recruitment methods (desirable)
- Willingness to complete further training for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance (if applicable)
- Willingness to complete Administrative Course II (if applicable)
