Job Summary
The Berlin-Lichtenberg District Office is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join its Facility Management unit, focusing on new construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, construction supervision, and project management of electrical systems within district-owned special buildings like schools, sports halls, and administrative buildings. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with building users, stakeholders, and other trades, as well as preparing and evaluating planning and tender documents. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to the community, in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in electrical engineering, strong knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB, HOAI), and proficiency in CAD and AVA software.
