Job Summary
As an Operations Engineer, you will be crucial in ensuring the technical supply and disposal systems at the site operate efficiently, adhering to legal, safety, and economic standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining the availability, operational safety, and planned lifespan of production facilities and peripheral supply/disposal systems. You will also manage technical facility operations for the entire site, coordinating external service providers and maintenance activities. This role involves continuously adapting and optimizing plant technology to meet evolving operational demands, legal requirements, and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing technical systems, along with proven leadership skills in industrial production environments.
Required Skills
Education
Engineering degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of technical systems
- At least three years of experience leading technical service teams within continuously operating industrial production
- Proven experience in employee leadership
- Proven experience in the overall responsible management of technical infrastructures
