This role is for an ambitious System Engineer specializing in Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) who is eager to advance technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensively evaluating, analyzing, and creating precise technical specifications for EMF across all system levels, from overall systems to subsystems and components. Key responsibilities include identifying and integrating relevant customer requirements, international norms, and regulations into the development process, as well as conceptualizing and implementing innovative measures for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) optimization and regulatory compliance. The position involves leading and participating in interdisciplinary design and development reviews, ensuring quality assurance and technical validation of complex system solutions, and collaborating closely with various departments, partners, and external experts. Required Skills

Education

University or technical college degree with a focus on communication technology, high-frequency technology, or a related discipline with a specialization in electromagnetic fields and waves.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic fields (EMF) in demanding system or development projects
  • Experience in system development according to the V-model
  • Experience with military and/or automotive standards and specifications is advantageous
