Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and advancing the Laboratory and Measurement Technology department, which currently comprises five employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide array of testing and analysis, including electrical functional tests, environmental simulations, application tests, dimensional measurements, layer thickness measurements, material analyses, microsection preparations, and mechanical and vibration tests on electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and fiber optic products. A key part of the role is ensuring product qualification adheres to requirements and relevant standards, as well as managing the acquisition and validity of testing standards. The position also involves strategic planning of processes and equipment, and providing crucial support to development teams for product optimization, particularly in EMC hardening and interference suppression for electronic circuits.
