This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Business Strategist to drive the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation agenda within Global Wealth Management (GWM). Based in Zurich, you will be integral to developing and implementing business strategies that align with GWM objectives, focusing on growth and profitability through digital innovation. Key responsibilities include leading strategic roadmap development, establishing robust project governance frameworks, and leveraging data analytics to inform critical decision-making based on global competitive landscapes. A crucial aspect of the role involves building and managing strategic partnerships, specifically engaging with external FinTech companies and internal business sectors to accelerate the deployment of new digital offerings. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in wealth management, proven cross-cultural exposure, and exceptional communication skills to influence and align senior stakeholders across various functions and regions.

- Cross-cultural exposure and experience working across locations, managing diverse stakeholders including senior management and risk functions
