Job Summary

This role involves the expert maintenance and repair of rail vehicles, including independent electrical troubleshooting and fault rectification, especially on high-voltage systems and other electrical components. Key responsibilities also include reading electrical data using internal software, maintaining and repairing various assemblies and air conditioning systems, and performing wiring and connection tasks. The position requires quality and material inspections, as well as the commissioning of vehicles for customer acceptance and final inspection, including static commissioning tests according to instructions. Candidates should have a completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification on rail or motor vehicles. Strong German communication skills, proficiency with measuring devices and technical documentation, and good PC skills are essential for this varied and interesting role.
