Job Summary
This role involves leading a team of approximately five IT specialists responsible for the stable operation and ongoing development of a hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows, Linux, M365/Azure environments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing concepts for the introduction, migration, and operation of new IT solutions, while also providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for technical issues. Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers is crucial for project success. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills, eager to drive digitalization within the company and contribute innovative ideas in a dynamic industrial setting.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or electronic vocational training complemented by further education as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification; alternatively, a technical, electronic, or IT-related vocational training combined with a relevant university degree.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- At least 3 years of technical leadership responsibility
