Job Summary

This role serves as a crucial intermediary, linking external customers concerning electronic prescriptions (e-unilabs) with internal IT and Sales teams. You will provide essential First and Second Level IT Support to Unilabs employees across German-speaking Switzerland. Core duties include staging notebooks (Windows 10), managing tickets via the internal ServiceNow system, and providing remote support using Bomgar. You will also participate in projects focused on developing applications and solutions for medical professionals. Furthermore, responsibilities cover managing Exchange accounts, ensuring system integrity through regular updates, maintaining detailed IT documentation, and overseeing the full IT asset lifecycle, including inventory and license management. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • Experience in First and Second Level Support and customer consulting, including on-site installations
  • Professional experience managing the IT asset lifecycle, including hardware/software tracking and license management
  • Experience with ITIL processes or other Service Management Frameworks
  • Proven ability to rapidly solve problems and analyze technical faults in complex system environments
