Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in civil engineering (e.g., road construction, hydraulic engineering) or a comparable technical degree related to civil engineering (e.g., transportation, geosciences, or geotechnics)
Experience
- Professional experience in road construction, bridge construction, road management systems, road condition assessment, or construction site management is preferred
- Experience in public administration is advantageous
