Job Summary

This role involves orchestrating and executing technology experiments within a modern Dresden-based company, collaborating closely with various departments. The specialist will be responsible for the technical preparation of experiments, including recipes, programs, and equipment setup, ensuring accurate representation in the production system. Key duties also include managing the execution and analysis of experiments, conducting non-standardized analyses, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. A significant part of the role involves coordinating external trials with industry and research partners. The ideal candidate will possess a technical or scientific degree, demonstrate a structured and meticulous approach to work, and have a foundational understanding of physics and semiconductor processes, ideally with prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
