Job Summary
As a PLC and Control System Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping future-proof automation solutions. Your daily tasks will involve developing and implementing automation concepts, specifically focusing on PLC and process control technology. You'll be responsible for designing, programming, and optimizing control sequences and function plans, as well as integrating interfaces with adjacent systems. A key part of the role includes organizing and conducting system tests, factory acceptance tests, and on-site commissioning, alongside troubleshooting and fault resolution. You will also maintain technical documentation and report on project status. This position requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues and offers the chance to apply your expertise directly in exciting industrial projects, contributing to cutting-edge automation solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Technical education or university degree in a STEM field
Experience
- Practical experience in programming with Siemens PCS7, WinCC, and Simatic TIA Portal
- Experience with visualization systems and decentralized periphery concepts, including integration via bus systems
