Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of commissioning complex laser machines, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and software aspects, both at the company's Alsdorf site and globally at customer locations in the Photovoltaics, Functional Glass & Semiconductor sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for skilled troubleshooting and fault analysis, either remotely or on-site, including the precise adjustment of laser beam paths, software configuration, and the setup of developed processes. Key duties also include the commissioning of laser, HMI, camera, and measurement systems, along with equipment calibration. The position requires conducting customer training, qualifying machines through test runs, performing preventive maintenance, and undertaking international assignments.
