Job Summary

This role involves the hands-on operation and setup of Surface-Mount Device (SMD) assembly lines, ensuring production targets are met and promptly resolving any issues. The successful candidate will independently identify and rectify malfunctions, meticulously documenting all steps. Collaboration with material management, planning, quality, and technical engineering teams is crucial. Responsibilities also include supporting scheduled machine maintenance, optimizing material flow, machine availability, and capacity, and training new colleagues. A strong commitment to quality management and continuous improvement is expected. Ideal candidates will have a background in electronics or extensive practical experience, coupled with expertise in setting up, programming, and operating SMD equipment.
