Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Technician who will be instrumental in providing first and second-level IT support to colleagues on the workshop floor. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, performing maintenance, assembly, and care of IT hardware, and configuring and managing Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems. The successful candidate will also be proficient in using and managing MS Office products, resolving network problems, and utilizing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow for problem resolution. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the digital transformation efforts within innovative companies.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification; or vocational training with a focus on IT (e.g., IT Specialist)

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in First- and Second-Level IT Support
  • Professional experience with Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems
  • Professional experience with MS Office products
  • Professional experience with network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
