Job Summary
As an EHS Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety across energy transmission projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising project leadership and teams on EHS matters from bidding to execution, implementing Zero Harm Framework activities, and supporting EHS colleagues on project sites, including on-site visits. You will also be responsible for reporting EHS incident statistics, analyzing data for trends, auditing construction sites and suppliers, and driving continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System and behavioral safety awareness. This role is ideal for a professional with a technical background in electrical engineering and significant EHS experience, particularly within high-voltage transmission, who is passionate about fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification, Completed training as a Safety Specialist, SiGeKo training desirable, First aid and fire protection training beneficial
Experience
- Several years of experience in high-voltage transmission business (onshore and/or offshore)
- Several years of experience in project/construction site management
- Professional experience in EHS, including accident investigations, coaching, and workshops
