This role is for a dedicated Head of Electrical Engineering Department within a modern, family-owned food production company in the Verden area. The successful candidate will lead a team of eight employees, overseeing the planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures to ensure seamless production operations in a highly automated environment. Key responsibilities include optimizing the electrical engineering department, actively participating in automation and PLC programming projects, and acting as the primary contact for fault management and spare parts procurement. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Electrician or Electrical Engineering Technician, or comparable qualifications
