As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair operations at the Holiday Inn Express Göttingen, ensuring the hotel's technical systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve planning, coordinating, and controlling all maintenance tasks within budget, optimizing technical processes for greater efficiency, and collaborating closely with other departments like Housekeeping and Management. You will also manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CM Tool), procure services from external vendors, and be on call for technical emergencies.
