Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Master/Technician in Production Planning focusing on Satellite Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interfaces with customers and suppliers, creating feasible daily and shift plans, and ensuring adherence to schedules. A key part of the role involves developing and implementing short- and medium-term proposals for improving quality, cost, and delivery performance, as well as defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the position includes training and guiding employees, fostering continuous improvement processes, and defining/initiating the procurement of necessary tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a technical background, experience in assembly and connection technology, and a knack for leadership in a dynamic, high-tech environment, preferably with prior exposure to the space industry.
