Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations for a prominent industrial client in Rülzheim, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of buildings, outdoor areas, building control systems, and industrial equipment. Key responsibilities include coordinating facility tasks with external service providers and internal departments, planning and scheduling maintenance and repairs, and overseeing conversion work related to electrical systems, IT cabling, and production equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and manual aptitude, significant experience with building and safety technology in an industrial setting, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. This is a full-time, initially temporary position with a strong potential for extension or permanent employment.
