Job Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for access control, time recording, and planning solutions. You will be responsible for documenting processes, preparing installations, and commissioning hardware. This role requires extensive travel across Germany to client sites, where you will leverage your technical expertise and strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Care and Sales teams to deliver the best possible client experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, team-oriented individual with a strong technical background and a commitment to continuous learning, contributing to a supportive and flexible work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician, electrician, system electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or similar
Experience
- Professional experience as an electronics technician, electrician, system electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or similar
- Experience in time recording, access control, or security technology is beneficial but not required
