Job Summary
Join a traditional yet forward-thinking health insurance provider in Germany as a Request Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT-supported review, qualification, and routing of incoming documents that were not clearly recognized by the scanning process. You will also review correspondence, delegate tasks to appropriate inboxes, and manage formal written communication with external clients. This position offers the opportunity to support team leadership in improving workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or comparable qualifications, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time, temporary position until March 31, 2026, offering flexible working hours and the option for 100% remote work.
