This role involves being the first point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests, providing crucial support to hospital staff. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, offering initial solutions, and escalating complex problems to second-level support. The position requires hands-on involvement with IT systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard hardware and software, as well as user account management. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education, initial professional experience in IT support (preferably in a clinical setting), and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technologies, and IT ticketing/remote maintenance tools.
