Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stable energy supply by performing service assignments for energy providers and industrial customers across Germany and neighboring countries. Your day-to-day will involve independent maintenance, servicing, and repair work, often requiring adaptability to changing on-site conditions. You will also provide expert customer advice, conduct training on product operation and maintenance, analyze faults, and coordinate external maintenance teams. Required Skills
Education
Completed and recognized vocational training as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in maintenance of tap changers or transformers (ideal)
- Professional experience in field service operations
Languages

- Valid Class 3/B driving license; Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and neighboring countries; Ability to work independently and with high self-organization; Customer-oriented and flexible approach; Adaptability to unplanned situations and changing on-site conditions.
