Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking full operational and strategic responsibility for all commercial processes related to administration, procurement, insurance, fleet management, and real estate within a prominent Caritas association. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for internal staff and member organizations, providing crucial support and guidance, especially in real estate management and construction project support. A key aspect of the role is to drive continuous improvement of internal processes in collaboration with the board and other leaders, acting as an impulse generator and discussion partner. The position requires ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, along with full budgetary and disciplinary responsibility for the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to shape and enhance the administrative backbone of a significant non-profit organization.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable, ideally with an MBA.
