Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated DevOps & Support Engineer at Siemens Mobility, focusing on ensuring the reliable operation of digital services within the Railigent X platform. The individual will be responsible for comprehensive analysis, diagnosis, and timely resolution of technical incidents, documenting solutions, and defining preventative measures. A key aspect of the role involves optimizing the central digitalization platform for system availability, performance, and cost-efficiency. The engineer will also manage and coordinate system deployments and upgrades, contribute to the conceptualization and cost estimation of new systems (both hardware and support), and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and development teams to solve complex problems. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in cloud technologies and a proactive, quality-oriented approach to customer support.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in DevOps Cloud Support
- Several years of project experience in operating heterogeneous IT systems
- Experience in problem-solving and customer support for IT systems
