Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Hardware Developer passionate about advancing automotive technology. You will be responsible for adapting, modifying, and optimizing electronic components and systems for vehicle transmissions, including wiring harnesses, assembly and connection technology, leadframes, PCBs, sensors, and actuators. A key part of your day will involve planning series production launches, commissioning and evaluating component and vehicle tests, and deriving measures from the findings. You will also coordinate Product Lifecycle Management, participate in national and international meetings with suppliers and customers, and support manufacturing and assembly to ensure continuous process improvement.
