Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First and Second Level Support, serving as the primary contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include receiving, reviewing, and processing incident reports, managing the entire lifecycle of support tickets from acceptance to resolution and documentation, and escalating unresolved issues to Third Level Support. The specialist will also assist with customer projects, focusing on data cleansing and error analysis, and maintain various internal systems. Candidates should possess a background in IT, ideally with a degree or vocational training in computer science, information technology, or a related field, coupled with initial practical experience in IT administration and support. This position offers an unlimited contract and opportunities for professional development through an in-house academy.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or certified IT professional, or a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
