This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communication (ITK) systems, including associated software applications. Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training, e.g., in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Communication Technology, or comparable qualification

Experience

Practical experience with telecommunication or ITK systems, including setup, maintenance, and adaptation of system components and applications
Sound knowledge in network technology (e.g., WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching) and its interaction with communication systems
Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues in modern IT and communication solutions
Basic knowledge in system administration under Microsoft- and Linux-based environments
Experience with call control or Unified Messaging applications (CTI/UMS) is a plus
