Job Summary
As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, leadership, and execution of all assigned production projects, reporting directly to the Head of Production. Your day-to-day will involve organizing, monitoring, and optimizing the entire production process, ensuring seamless manufacturing documentation in line with quality management standards. A key aspect of this role is the implementation of new production projects and process steps, serving as a vital interface between various departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Development to ensure goal-oriented project completion. This position is ideal for someone with a technical or trade background, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician, who possesses strong organizational skills, leadership potential, and a proactive approach to process optimization within a production environment. Experience in the chemical industry or process engineering is a plus, as are strong communication skills in both German and English.

Completed technical or trade training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in production project planning and execution
- Experience in organizing, monitoring, and optimizing production processes
- Experience in ensuring manufacturing documentation and quality management compliance
- Experience in implementing new production projects and process steps
- First leadership experience (advantageous)
- Experience in the chemical industry and/or process engineering (preferred)
