This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to employers on the accelerated skilled worker immigration process in Lower Saxony, Germany. Day-to-day tasks include initiating, coordinating, adapting, and overseeing the entire immigration procedure, as well as meticulously reviewing residency requirements. Required Skills

Education

• Angestelltenlehrgang II/Verwaltungslehrgang II (Advanced Employee Training II/Administrative Training II) OR • Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Diplom) in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Political Science, or Economics OR • University degree with 1st State Examination in Law or Bachelor of Laws OR • For civil servants: Eligibility for the 1st entry-level of career group 2 in "General Services" field

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative and procedural law
  • Professional experience in public administration
  • Desirable: Experience in foreign nationals law (AufenthG, AufenthV, application notes)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the Employment Ordinance (BeschV)
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of the Professional Qualifications Recognition Act (BQFG) and Lower Saxony Professional Qualifications Recognition Act (NBQFG)
