Job Summary

As a Process Manager for Material Planning, you will be instrumental in optimizing and developing processes within manufacturing control and material procurement, aiming for sustainable efficiency improvements. This role involves proactive participation in specialized projects, driving the implementation and advancement of systems and technologies, particularly in digitalization. You will ensure continuous process improvement across the entire value chain, from order entry to delivery, and define and evaluate key performance indicators to derive actionable insights. The position requires conducting comprehensive analyses, coordinating with various internal departments, and taking responsibility for a defined product and parts spectrum. Your deep understanding of daily operations will form the basis for innovative process improvements within the Obersontheim plant.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or comparable commercial qualification (e.g., Certified Specialist)

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional and project experience in material management, procurement, and production planning
  • Initial success in digitalization projects
  • Experience with analyzing large data sets and deriving insights

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

  • Initial user knowledge in SAP (MM and PP modules) and Google Workspace is desirable.
