Job Summary
This pivotal role involves leading the Quality Monitoring department, specifically the Drinking Water and Wastewater Laboratory, for one of Germany's largest water and wastewater management companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the monitoring of groundwater, drinking water quality, and wastewater discharge, actively addressing challenges from climate change and evolving regulations. A key focus will be on transforming the laboratories into modern environmental facilities, embracing digital advancements and automation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Environmental Engineering (with analytical focus), or a comparable natural science field. PhD in Chemistry or Biology is preferred.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in laboratory operations
- Ideally, experience in water and environmental analysis
- Experience in leading teams at both technical and disciplinary levels
